My name is Michael D’Onofrio I have been an Associate Broker and leader of the D’Onofrio Team at ERA INSITE REALTY in excess of 30 years. While specializing in the residential market in all areas of Westchester, I currently handle a portfolio with well over 2000 rentals and multiple listings for sale. My direct relationship with owners over the years has given me the opportunity to sell and list investment properties (primarily but not restricted to 1-5 family dwellings as well as condos co-ops and single family homes)  I consider myself very personable and my  knowledge of the market is extensive. The same loyalty that I display to my company is reflected in my working relationship with my clientele. I am committed to providing quality service and re-coup the best return for my client’s investment. I feel very fortunate and I am humbled that I am afforded the privilege of working with so many people from different areas throughout the world and all walks of life. Corporate relocation has also played a role in my business as I have and continue to service clients from IBM, Pepsi, Blue Sky studios and numerous others companies throughout Westchester. I have been the recipient of countless awards from ERA Nationally as well as the HGAR in Westchester.

             

I am married and a father of one daughter who currently is in her second year of college. My interests include Basketball, Hockey, Football (all sports) as well as  coaching C.Y.O , traveling, theater  and music. I am a long time member of the Screen Actors Guild . I am also an active parishioner at St Joseph’s church and often dedicate my time to volunteer programs.
